Thank you for shopping with Happy Candy Kingdom. This Shipping Policy explains where we ship, how long delivery may take, and what to expect after placing an order through www.happycandykingdom.com.

Shipping Area

Happy Candy Kingdom currently ships to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

The contiguous United States includes the 48 connected states and the District of Columbia. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, United States territories, or international destinations.

Free Shipping

All eligible orders shipped within the contiguous United States receive free standard shipping.

No minimum purchase amount is required unless otherwise stated as part of a specific promotion.

Order Processing

Orders must be prepared and packaged before they are shipped. Processing time is separate from transit time.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays may begin processing on the next business day. During holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume, order preparation may take longer than usual.

Placing an order does not guarantee that every item will remain available. If an item becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to arrange a substitution, remove the unavailable item, issue an appropriate refund, or cancel the order.

Estimated Transit Time

After an order has shipped, the estimated transit time is:

Business days generally include Monday through Friday and exclude federal holidays. Transit times are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

The delivery estimate begins when the shipment is accepted for transit, not when the order is placed.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, we will send it to the email address provided during checkout.

Tracking information may take time to update after the shipping confirmation is sent. Please allow up to 48 hours for the first tracking update to appear.

Customers are responsible for providing a valid and accessible email address during checkout.

Multiple Shipments

Items from the same order may arrive in separate packages. This may happen when products are stored at different facilities or require different packaging.

When an order is divided into multiple shipments, each package may have separate tracking information and delivery dates. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for separate shipments within the contiguous United States.

Delivery Dates

Happy Candy Kingdom cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. Estimated delivery dates provided during checkout, in order confirmations, or through tracking updates are estimates only.

Please place time-sensitive orders early, especially during holidays, severe weather, periods of high demand, and other times when shipping networks may experience delays.

Shipping Delays

Delivery may be delayed by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including:

  • Severe weather or natural disasters
  • Transportation interruptions
  • High seasonal shipping volume
  • Public emergencies
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses
  • Building access restrictions
  • Holidays
  • Local service interruptions
  • Other events affecting the delivery network

Happy Candy Kingdom is not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control. However, our support team will assist you with available tracking information and help determine the appropriate next steps when possible.

Warm Weather and Heat-Sensitive Candy

Chocolate, gummies, coated candy, and other heat-sensitive products may soften or melt when exposed to high temperatures during transit or after delivery.

We may adjust packing or shipment timing when reasonably necessary to reduce prolonged heat exposure. However, temperature-controlled delivery is not guaranteed.

Customers should monitor tracking information and retrieve packages promptly after delivery. Leaving a package outdoors, in a mailbox, on a porch, or in another hot location may increase the risk of melting.

If your order arrives melted or damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the affected items and packaging so we can review the matter.

Correct Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout. Please review all address information carefully before submitting your order.

Happy Candy Kingdom cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed. Contact us immediately if you notice an error. We will try to help if the order has not entered processing or shipped, but changes may not be possible.

We are not responsible for delays, failed delivery attempts, or lost packages caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Undeliverable and Returned Packages

A package may be returned to the sender because of an incorrect address, an incomplete address, refused delivery, access restrictions, or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts.

If a package is returned to us, contact support@happycandykingdom.com. We will review the order and explain the available resolution. Additional charges may apply if a package must be shipped again because the address entered during checkout was incorrect or incomplete.

Missing Packages

Before reporting a package as missing, please:

  1. Review the tracking information.
  2. Check around the delivery location.
  3. Ask other members of the household or building whether they accepted the package.
  4. Check with neighbors, a front desk, reception area, mailroom, or property manager when applicable.
  5. Allow an additional business day if tracking shows the package as delivered, since some packages may be scanned before final delivery.

If you still cannot locate the package, contact us at support@happycandykingdom.com with your order number and delivery details.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Incomplete Orders

If your order arrives damaged, contains an incorrect item, or is missing an item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the problem
  • The name of the affected item
  • Clear photographs of the item, shipping package, and shipping label when applicable

Do not discard damaged products or packaging until we have reviewed your request. Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement, refund, store credit, or another appropriate resolution.

International Shipping

Happy Candy Kingdom does not currently ship outside the contiguous United States.

We do not accept responsibility for customers or third parties who forward an order from a United States address to another state, territory, or country. Once an order is delivered to the address entered during checkout, any additional forwarding arrangement is outside our control.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time. Changes will take effect when the revised policy is posted on our website. The “Last Updated” date at the top of this page identifies the most recent revision.
