    The long-lasting, delightfully chewable candy—the number one-selling chewy chocolaty candy in America—has been made with the same recipe since 1896, when Leo Hirshfield, an Austrian immigrant, opened a small candy shop in New York City, producing the first individually wrapped penny candy from a recipe he brought from Europe.
    Leo’s recipe required the incorporation of the previous day’s Tootsie Rolls into each newly cooked confection, a graining process that Tootsie continues to this day. As such, there’s (theoretically) a bit of Leo’s very first Tootsie Roll in every one of the sixty-four million Tootsie Rolls that Tootsie produces each day. And with at least one variety still selling for just a penny apiece, it’s no wonder that Tootsie Roll has remained America’s favorite candy.

    Orders require processing before shipment. Once shipped, estimated delivery takes 3–8 business days, excluding weekends and federal holidays. Delivery dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, high shipping volume, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside our control.

    Tracking information will be sent by email when available and may take up to 48 hours to update. Orders may arrive in multiple packages at no additional shipping cost.

    Customers must provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Happy Candy Kingdom is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by incorrect information. Additional shipping charges may apply if an undeliverable package must be resent.

    Heat-sensitive candy may soften or melt during warm weather. Customers should monitor tracking and retrieve packages promptly. Report melted, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or missing orders within 7 days of delivery by emailing support@happycandykingdom.com with the order number, details, and photographs when applicable.

    Because Happy Candy Kingdom sells edible products, all candy, snacks, beverages, and other food items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged after shipment for health and food-safety reasons.

    Contact support@happycandykingdom.com within 7 calendar days of delivery if an order arrives damaged, melted, open, leaking, incorrect, incomplete, or missing items. Include your name, order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the products and packaging.

    After reviewing an eligible claim, Happy Candy Kingdom may provide a replacement, refund, partial refund, or store credit. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method and usually appear within 3–10 business days, depending on the financial institution.

    Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible. Orders cannot be canceled after they have entered processing, been packed, or shipped. Changes to products, quantities, addresses, payment methods, or delivery details are not guaranteed after an order is placed.

    Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders delayed, lost, returned, or delivered incorrectly because of customer-provided address errors may not qualify for a refund. Refused or unclaimed packages also do not automatically qualify for reimbursement.

    Refunds are not available for personal taste preferences, minor cosmetic differences, or normal product variations. Seasonal, clearance, personalized, special-order, and bulk event products are final sale unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
