🍪 Dark Cocoa Peanut Butter Chip Cookies
Rich, soft chocolate cookies loaded with creamy peanut butter chips. They’re chewy in the center, slightly crisp around the edges, and packed with chocolate-peanut butter flavor.

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- ⅔ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1½ cups granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1½ cups peanut butter chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
- Whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, beat butter and sugar until light and creamy.
- Beat in eggs one at a time, then mix in vanilla.
- Gradually add the dry ingredients and mix just until combined.
- Fold in the peanut butter chips.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes, until the edges are set but the centers still look slightly soft.
- Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
Tip: Press a few extra peanut butter chips into the tops before baking for bakery-style cookies.
